How can I enjoy vegetables?

Well I BARELY eat any veggies, which I want to change.

I have no problem with potatoes and lettuce, i enjoy those..
the only way i can eat carrots is with lots of ranch dressing which doesn’t make it any healthier.

but the rest.. yuck. i can’t eat them without gagging. i really need to change my diet, because most of it is meat.

So, I’d like to know some ways on how to cook or how to make veggies taste even better.

I agree with Diane, it’s all about the preparation of the veges. I especially enjoy lightly nuking, stir frying or steaming so there is still a little crunch, almost raw in the middle. Sauces and spices are what it’s all about when it comes to all types of food.

Some great ways to eat raw veges are with hummus or salsa or lemon and olive oil. For lightly cooked veges, top with Thai peanut sate sauce or Japanese teriyaki sauce over a bowl of steamed rice are winners. Any of the same spices and sauces mentioned above for raw veges is also good on salads or lightly cooked veges. There is nothing worse than overcooked veges — the look unappetizing and tastes disgusting.

You could try roast veggies. For carrots, eat them raw. I find that’s the best way to eat them. Plus, they taste sweet.

you can try for broccoli and cauliflower and melt cheddar cheese over it or cheese sauce that tastes good with them or you can grill them and then do what you want. or you can juice the carrots if you have a juicer.
    hope i helped.

The reason most children hate vegetables is because they are cooked badly. Cook till just tender, that’s all, add some seasoning, like olive oil, and some salt and pepper and parsley to the steamed mixture, fabulous

Soup and steaming the vegetables. Soup tastes good and you won’t really taste the carrots because they’re not raw. I have a steamer which I put My vegetables in and then eat them when their steamed up. They become really soft. I still do eat vegetables. Maybe you haven’t experiencedmuch vegetables through out your childhood. Start by steaming your vegetables and making soups.
