My boyfriend travels for work and will be sent to Boston for 2 months. My 11-week old son and I will be joining him for this trip, but I am concerned about eating crap food for so many weeks.
How can I cook from a hotel room? I was thinking a crock pot and a trip to the market every few days would be alright, but does anyone else have any ideas on how to eat healthy while away from home for so long?
And any good websites for crock pot recipes? Chili gets old QUICK.

A crock pot is definitley a good idea. A lot of times, when a company sends employee’s out of town for that long, they’ll give them a suite that includes a small kitchen. I’d have him check on that before you go…

pay for a suite with a kitchenette
many hotels have these for extended stays, and most businesses who send employees out, will pick up the difference in cost… otherwise, see what the difference is, and possibly pay it yourself.
