you could roast it, i usually boiled mine. dont use many if any spices. i would use chicken, water, carrots celery, etc. i then cut up the chicken or ran it thru the food processor. an added bonus you can then do the same to the veggies and they have MORE flavor. killing two birds with ONE stone. i had twins the first time around and made ALL the baby food. another tip is to freeze it in ice cube trays till hard and then store in a zip top bag in the freezer.
clean it all up – cut off the fat and everything. Then puach it in the oven in some chicken broth. Run it through a food processor with a little more chicken broth to give it a smoother texture.

you take the chicken and you clean it up and everything then you cook it the regular way you usually do and then you mush it up in a plastic bag!

I would check with the Dr. but I would think boiling it, or broiling it with out salt or anything.

Boil it. It will be nice and tender. Don’t use spices yet. Have fun!

Cook chicken breast by boiling, a little salt, and use blender to puree. Don’t use additional condiments.
