low fat mozzarella doens’t many any sense, cheese fat naturally occurring in the milk the cheese is made with is healthy and is great for diabetics since it slow down carb absorption and doesn’t increase insulin levels. Protein and carb increase insulin but fat doesn’t, so a low fat diet doesn’t make sense for diabetes and it’s nutritionally pure. We need fat more than we need carbs.

ive heard of it and so have lots of people i know. i think its one of these things where its kinda based on a countrys food but not actually something they eat there so its only people in other places that know about it. a lot of chinese food is like that especially in take aways, chinese this and chinese that but half the stuff you never actually get in china its just made with chinese ingredients

peanut butter has shitloads of calories but its good for you in small amounts. it contains essential monunsaturated fats. Researchers have found that these fats are very beneficial to your heart and cholesterol levels. it also has protein unlike regular butter which is just fat

Having to put peanut butter on the vegetables for the kids to eat them is sick. What is up with that?
It’s you as parent who decides what food your kids will enjoy. I’m 19 and I’ve eaten all kinds of vegetables for all my life, thanks to my parents who’ve served me great, healthy food and therefor got me used to it.

Im mexican, and I’ve never heard of Mexican Pizza. I’d say leave the beans to us and the Pizza to italians. Theirs looks so much tastier. Just my opinion.
