    Maybe a small one, but less than raw steak. Sashimi is raw fish strips. Sometimes paired with raw fish sushi. That’s what she means by buying Sashimi grade Ahi.

    She didn’t even chew it!! She was talking with a slab of fish in her mouth! She is so gross!!!! I hate her voice and sometimes you could hear her breathing to! So gross!

    I also hate when people say mmm or yummy. ahhh! She is so annoying!!

    Just say that it tastes great or something i hate that cheesy s h i t !!!

    Nope, that’s how you’re supposed to eat it. If you were to cook it past medium rare it would taste like crap. As long as you buy from a trusted fish monger, confirm that it’s sashimi grade and sear it on all sides, you’re good.

    Also, buy the loins and cut steaks from them yourselves.

    It’s not uncooked in the bad sence! It’s suppose to be more than rare. I laugh at Shadow who apparently knows very little about good foods.
