No starch. stay away from bread, pasta, and potatoes. b. anything out of a bag is bad. c. get protein style hamburgers d. seasoning instead of sauce e. ask for grilled chicken instead of breaded chicken f. tomatoes instead of potatoes and get eggs scrambled so you don’t have to have toast g. give up something small. cheese, bacon, croutons, bread at dinner. h. two choices for sweetness: fruit / chocolate cake. How much to eat: a. Start with a glass of water. Trust me on this. Sometimes we are thirsty. b. Volume Volume Volume. eat often / eat less. don’t wait until starving. c. ruin dinner How to eat: a. when you eat, feed your body not your mouth b. never eat while doing something else c. don’t fork your next bite until your mouth is empty d. Chew your food 25 times / more work now / less work later

    I always got lots of Pancake Mix so is it unhealthy to eat lots of those every day for my breakfast and lunch

    ive heard of the chopstick trick where if theres to much food for a chopstick then its to much food to swallow. in other words small mouthfulls. my little tip wich i dont follow hehe

    Tip: Don’t use your face while eating. Use a fork and a spoon. Too obvious

    @jakatak69 – Is it okay to have “midnight snacks”, you know, eating before bed time? Because I eat small dinners and end up hungry later at night.

    subsitute the butter on your toast with honey its a healthier alternative.

    If you want to substitute your spaghetti pasta you can do that with a spaghetti squash… it’s so good! AMAZING!

    get rid of everything white in your diet, white bread, white rice, etc

    also you need quality fats from nuts, fish oil, avocado, olive oil

    vegetables are your friend

    don’t try to cardio your way through weight loss, your body will start burning off your muscle to propel you through long cardio sessions (a little cardio is good for you). you need to gain muscle through strength training that will burn calories 24/7

    A great tip 4 when u eat salad is not to pour dressing all over the salad. Put the dressing in a small bowl on the side and dip your fork in the dressing & then poke a bite of salad. You’ll find out that you don’t need as much dressing which means less calories, sugars, fats & carbs.

    cut out soft drinks, i found out i was diabetic April 22 this year and haven’t had any soft drinks since then (i used to drink 2 liters a day) not changing any other eating habbit other then that I’ve lost over 30 lbs by July 15th this year.

    @xdaysx I know it isn’t a rule and there are exceptions, but in addition to eating healthy, stopping drinking them can help lose weight. Of course I’m not saying that everybody who drinks coke is obese or something like that.

    Dont starve yourself because then the body goes into panic survival mode and it holds on to every thing that you eat. And also if its not what youre eating thats bad, its the ammount, Cut every thing you would normally eat in half.
