Putting whole wheat macaroni in the soup would be good. But it looks like you are going more on the low carb side. And instead of all chicken thighs I would go half chicken breast and half chicken thighs.

you could put it in the crock pot before you leave for work in the morning, and by the time you get home dinner is made.

Using a crock pot would make this so much easier, put it in the pot and like it cook for 8-10 hours on low, viola.

thanks everyone – the green bags help your produce last a week or two longer than normal
so if you buy produce, you can buy less often since it will last longer otherwise it goes bad in a couple of days
