iwant to start eating very healthy for the new year , so i decided to start eating alot of fruits , veggies , and fish . The only problem is how do you cook fish so its low cal , and low fat ? and if its grilling how do you cook fish in the winter?

Bake the fish in the oven or pan fry it in olive oil.
