She wasn’t very articulate and rambled on and on and I haven’t got any idea what she prepared. I guess it was some kind of yougurt though not dairy and with some kind of coconut additive. Not much help at all. Expert vllage dominated these vids yet they seem kinda like a money gimmick.

Thumbs down to Agave? Agave is fabulous! I have used it for years and it has replaced about 90% of the sweeteners I use for everything. It does not cause the same blood sugar spice as white sugar and tastes great. Not sure why you’re down on it???

did you even watch the clip?? there is no dairy in her coconut “yogurt? If you plant a coconut, do you get a coconut tree? green smoothies are great, but some people might like a little variety.

Here’s the recipe: crushed almonds, walnuts, pear, dates, apple, coconut butter, orange and lemon juice, agave, and vanilla. The nuts should measure half cup, use only half teaspoon of lemon juice, and a full teaspoon of orange. Use half an apple and half a pear, 3 dates, 2 tablespoons of coconut butter, and the agave (optional) to taste. Serves 3-4. The recipe book is available at no charge to anyone requesting it. I have always been slender on top and bigger in the thighs. Regarding calcium, it’s found in many non-dairy foods. I wish you well on your journey to a healthier and more joyful life.
