I don’t know. Can you say that about the Raw family chick or David Wolfe? How about the raw Rastaman? What I was told by a raw foodist, is that one goes through an intense period of cleansing and weight loss, eventually returning to a balanced, proper weight. I met this guy Enrico, who showed us his before raw, fat as hell, his initial stages, a concentration camp image, then his present, fuller self, which incidentally, we could see in person. Go figure.

Yes, but I have been checking a lot of these Rawfooders and Vegan videos and they all look like they need a sandwich. Its more a lack of muscle than the presence of fat that I am referring to. I guess there are always extremes on both ends.

I might be inclined to agree, but I’d have to see her before she was raw. Some women are just thin& I find we tend to be affected by a standard of this “full” woman, who may just be so, because of meat, starch and liquor, the “fullness” not really being healthy at all. Just some thoughts.

No offense, but you look too thin to me. I am trying to add more raw foods to my diet and looking for ideas. I have tried a lot of different diets; vegan, macrobiotic, ovo-lacto, you name it. Lack of enough protein is a main concern for me. I do a lot of high output activities and it really taxes my body. Lately I have been leaning towards wild salmon and hormone free chicken. Although I usually cook my proteins unless its sushi. What type of raw foods do you know of that have a high PE ratio?

The steps are broken up into way too many different video clips, and when doing a search, they certainly don’t come up in order. And some aren’t numbered and you have no idea you are entering into step #300.

Thank you so much for these videos. Just by looking at the comments, I think that some people are lost and don’t realize that there are many parts to these videos. Like for instance, you’ve already made the creme many videos ago and it’s not dairy.

Anyway, I couldn’t help but to leave a comment.

Thank you again for the lovely videos.
