Vegetables, fruit, and stay hydrated. Fresh green salads with a lot of veggies, not a lot of added fat, will be great for your meals. Also Lean Cuisine makes a lot of really good frozen meals. That is really good if portion control is a problem for you. Also, for snacks, things like Mott’s no sugar added applesauce, or Special K’s cereal bars can get you through a snack phase and be nutritious and low in calories. Make sure you use your gym pass. The exercise portion will make a huge difference in any weight loss program. Good luck and stick with it…you can do it!

There are a wide variety of these negative calorie fat-burners in existence. In fact, there are a large number of foods that combine low calories, delicious taste, and excellent negative calorie properties. For reducing weight and to fight obesity, you should not starve anymore. You can eat a lot of negative calorie foods to lose that extra fat and to become slim naturally. Some of these natural foods are asparagus, apple, beet, berries, broccoli, cabbage, carrot, cauliflower, celery, chili, cucumber, garlic, lettuce, grapefruit, lemon, mango, onion, orange, papaya, pineapple, spinach, turnip, zucchini, etc. The list of negative calorie foods contains about 100 foods.

HEALTH FOOD! If you aren’t sure what’s healthy and what isn’t – try shopping at a whole foods store. it’s a safe bet that everything they have will be healthy. get plenty of fruits and veggies…. salads are always good.
    good luck!

Put meat and chunks of veggies and some salt and pepper into a crock pot with a little water and start from there. Dont forget a bay leaf. And dont forget onions, even if you dont eat them. Let the crock pot run overnight or while you are at school/work. You must experiment and screw up, at first. Then you will learn what NOT to do.

One thing to think about is how your body metabolizes food. Remember that one of the safest ways to get rid of unwanted pounds is to eat fewer calories than you burn. However, most people don’t realize what their metabolism is doing or how well they process food. So I would suggest that you do your exercises and eat smaller meals more often. Like 4-5 small meals instead of 3 larger meals. This will get your metabolism firing more often and you will not feel hungry quite as often. Also, you need to make sure that you are well hydrated. Always have at least 8 cups (8 oz = 1 cup) of water each day. If you eat a lot of salts, sweats and alcohol, you may need to drink more water in order to stay properly hydrated. If you have a craving for sweats you should satisfy them with fruits. If you do small things like that it’ll make it easier for you to drop those pounds and feel fit. Also, another thing you can do is to make sure you get enough sleep each night. The average person needs somewhere between 7-9 hours a night to be properly rested. If you don’t then you might get tired during work and I know of a few people that eat when they need to stay awake. Others I know will have a coke which is added calories.
