Here are some really easy meals:

Choose light and/or fat free options when you can.

    Nacho Chicken

6-8 chicken breasts (or 8-10 chicken thighs)
    2 cans nacho cheese soup
    ¾ cup milk
    3 tbsp worchestershire sauce

Place chicken in large baking pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and a spicy seasoned salt. Combine soup, milk, and worchestershire sauce in saucepan until just heated through. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.

    Cheesy Pepper Steak

1 ¼ pound sirloin steak, cut in strips
    Seasoned salt
1-16oz pkg. frozen bell pepper and onion strips, thawed
1-16oz pkg. cubed Mexican processed cheese

Sprinkle steak with seasoned salt. Coat large skillet with non-stick vegetable spray and cook steak strips for 10 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove steak from skillet and set aside. Stir in vegetables and ½ cup water and simmer for 5 minutes or until all liquid cooks out. Add cheese and turn heat to low. When cheese melts, stir in steak until heated through and serve over hot cooked rice.

    Tangy Spareribs

    5-6 pounds spareribs
1-6oz can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    ½ tsp garlic powder
    Spicy seasoned salt
    Pepper

Place spareribs in shallow baking pan, meat side down and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and seasoned salt. Roast at 375 for 30 minutes. Turn ribs, roast another 15 minutes and drain off fat. Combine orange juice, Worcestershire and garlic powder and brush mixture on ribs. Reduce heat to 300. Cover ribs, roast 2 hours or until tender and baste occasionally.

    Quick Chicken Casserole

3 cups cooked, chopped chicken or turkey
1-16oz. package frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1-10oz. can cream of chicken soup with ¼ cup milk
    2/3 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    Salt and pepper
1 ½ cups crushed cheese crackers

Combine chicken, broccoli, soup, mayo, and cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Pour into buttered casserole dish and spread cheese crackers over top. Bake uncovered at 350 for 40 minutes or until bubbly.

    Lemonade Chicken

    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (6oz) can frozen lemonade, thawed
    1/3 cup soy sauce
    1 tsp. garlic powder

Place chicken in greased 13×9 casserole dish. Combine next 3 ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Uncover, pour juices over chicken and cook another 10 minutes uncovered. Serve over hot, cooked rice.

    Zesty Potato Beef Bake

    1 lb. ground beef
1 (10 oz.) can sloppy Joe sauce
1 (10 oz.) can nacho cheese soup
1 (32 oz.) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef, drain. Add sloppy Joe sauce and soup. Place hash browns in 13×9 dish and top with beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Cover, cook at 400 for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.

    Hope these help!

You’d have to specify what foods you won’t eat, for anyone to be able to give you a recipe that you might want to try

Since you are a "picky eater" and we don’t know what you would "PICK", it’s not worthwhile to type a bunch of recipes for you.

Go to Recipes.com and type in a food you like, and they will give you various ways to prepare it.

We don’t have a crystal ball, but they have a section here that have mind readers available. You might take your question to "mythology and folklore", I think that’s where the psychics hang out.

Yesterday I made some spaghetti and it was really good. Just boil some noodles (string noodles) and then add prego sauce (add very little, it tastes the best with very very little). Then sprinkle basil over it. Then make some toast, yes toast. Just toast one piece and then split it in half and then eat. It was really good and simple.

    Hi there……

You might want to update this and give us two lists:

One of things that you absolutely HATE

One of things that you like or really like…..that way, we can give you better choices in your menu dilemma…..

    Get a slow cooker.
    Endless possiblities.
Tough cuts come out tender. Just remember to tenderize them. I always forget that part.

Chicken! It can be cooked just about anyway you want and it isn’t that hard either…

My favorite is with honey/basil chicken

Just coat a frying pan with some olive oil and marinate some boneless sjkinless chicken breasts in a mixture of soy sacue, honey, mustard and basil…more or less of each depending on your tatses. Then sautee it on medium heat until it’s hot and isn’t pink in the middle anymore.

Another thing I do alot is marinate my chicken in things like salad dressing, BBQsauce, or I just go through the spice cabinet and use things that i think smell good…but it’s all essentially cooked the same way and is realtivly healthy.

Also, quesidillas are pretty easy…just take atortilla and spinkle w/ cheese and whatever meet you want(I like chicken lol…I season it w/ taco seasoning) and microwave it for a minute or so until til cheese is melted..and you can add whatever vegetables or other additives you like

Oh and rice is easy to make to…just read the pakage

    IDK what else… Good Luck

    Mini Taco Bowls

    10 min
    Total Time:
    25 min
    Makes:
4 servings, two taco bowls each
    8 TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Flour Tortillas
1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick ‘N Chunky Salsa

MEANWHILE, brown meat in large skillet on medium heat; drain. Stir in salsa; bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 min. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the meat mixture into each tortilla bowl.

Well I’d have to know what kinds of foods you don’t like to be specific, but some soups are really easy to make and can be adjusted according to your preference. Also it lasts for a while, and is easy to heat up, along with some bread for a small meal.

Eggs are a good source of nutrients as long as you don’t overdo it, and they are easily boiled or fried.

Make sure you’re getting lots of fruits and vegetables. If you don’t like the vegetables raw you can steam them, and then all you need is some salt and pepper.

My partner likes it when I make him cherry glazed chicken breasts, smashed potatoes and a veggie.

    Cherry glazed chicken breasts:

    1 can cherry pie filling
    4-6 boneless chicken breasts

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place the chicken breasts in a glass baking pan that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray like Pam. Spoon just enough of the cherry pie filling over the chicken to cover lightly. Place pan into oven and cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes spreading more of the pie filling over the chicken every 15 minutes.

This is very easy and you get a nice moist chicken breast. This also works for Cornish game hens.
