I have 2 questions
1st what to replace pine nuts?! These nuts are REALLY expensive here in France!
2nde does it have to be 100% yeast because all I can find are some yeast with a little of cereal no big deal but since I know that I don’t take any nutritional yeast

Hey Markus, I have purchased your book 101 ….I would like to know your opinion about 80 10 10 lifestyle?? I am suffering anxiety and really wanna get rid of it……….could you advise me what to do, shall I eat 90 % of fruits and rest greens, and no way for raw crackers and stuff like that???

No you don’t, but it doesn’t necessarily show, they are just saying that a high fat content is not good for your body. I don’t know. If we have to choose between fat and fruit to get enough calories, it seems to make sense to go for the fruits.
