I bought a crockpot from a thrift store that works great, but it had no instructions.I just started using it and I love it. The only thing I’m trying to figure out is how to remove stains in the cookware after I cook in it. I have used grease cutting dish soap, oil, vinegar, light weight scrubbing pad. Nothing I have used will remove the discoloring. When I purchased it, it was like new white and no discoloring.
Thanks for your suggestions.
Yes, thank you, the ceramic insert.

If you are talking the ceramic insert use oven cleaner. Spray it on let is a sit a few and your white will be back. Oven cleaner works great on stainless pots and glass and ceramic cookware.

i would try washing soda crystals from supermarket, leave to soak overnight, then just wash it as usual to get rid of filmy deposit that crystals leave.
