    I normally just throw mine into the oven without poking it with nothing… and it’s perfectly safe… so I don’t think that’s the purpose of letting the steam out…

    Video quality is great! I would have opted for aluminum foil instead of cooking spray to minimize clean up though. Thanks for the video : )
