Pig flesh must also be cooked, producing heterocyclic amines- deadly classes of carcinogens.

guacamole/avocado, raspberry vinegeraite, pepper, mushrooms, etc. Mushrooms provide most of the flavor in gourmet steak sauces as animal stocks just carry the flavor of the mushrooms and herbs with the fat.
Pig meat is concentrated in uric acid, heme iron, high fat, chol, protein, correlated with numerous degenerative diseases.

Yeah; How could you live without sauces?? What’s wrong with ham? too much salt?? Better have it, then not have it. Think of all the goodness in ham. What would you recommend so?????????

A sanguage consisting of (2 slices of crumed ham, mayo, 4 slices of tomatoes, 3 thick slices of cheese, 2 slices of brown bread & some lettuce)

Hm…interesting. Too bad I hate most all food that is good for me. My taste buds just can’t handle most this stuff. Oh well, back to my box of twinkies and tub of frosting to dip them in.

She says mint helps your brain feel fuller than you are. Also, you want to grind flax so you can get into the hard shell that protects the seed from your digestive system. If you eat them whole you will lose out on much of the omega fats that flax seeds have to offer, but you will get the fiber benefit

What does she say about pepermint and NUR. What is NUR please?

Oh yeah, and what I don’t get is that you have to eat the flacks growned up. Wouldn’t it still go into your system and digest it? That’s how you spell flacks, right?
