    @tickyul 1rst off elevated farming is not how a majority of farming is being done today. Secondly being the highest form of life on the planet we should no that their is divinity in all life. 3rd its inhumane. 4th its unhealthy (Cancer and Obesity). 5th there will not be enough meat on the planet in 40 years when they are 9.5 billion people on the planet. Lastly where do you think all the water will come for animals like cows to produce milk? How about all the methane released from cows and pigs

    As for iron, iron is found in a variety of vegetables like beetroot greens, broccoli Parsley, Turnip greens, I could go on!!!
    You also seem to be a victim of the B12 myth perpetuated in the meat and dairy industry. 1. The body has a biosynthetic process of reabsorbing the milligrams of B12 in the body. 2. Daily reccomendations of B12 are 2-3 MICROgrams (to put that into perspective a lifetimes amount of reccomended B12 would be less than 1/6th of a tablet of aspiring)

    You show a lot of ignorance in relationship to dietary knowledge @tickyul. Sprinting in no way shape or form benefits from fat, I meant speed as in linear running speed not power. The most absorbable form of protein is whey protein, don’t belive me? look at the biological values. While whey has its detriments, eggs and meat have way more (LDL cholesterol, saturated fat, high acidity, I could go on!!!).

    @CerebralPrince10 Wrong, both sports require extremely fast explosions, have your ever watched a world class powerlifter in action, very fast, could not lift hundreds of pounds if they were not. Were do you get the highest quality protein….eggs then meat. Most bioavailable iron……animal organs. And……uh, where do Veganculters get b12 from….supplements or they fool themselves by eating worthless b12 analogues. B vitamins in genera arel best attained from animal. I could go on!!!

    @truthbeeeetold Srong, have you heard of elevated faming. They can raise animals in high rise buildings, it is very efficient. You can build a 50 story building and raise enough yummy meat for thousands of people.

    I think you missed the “at least in sports that require one to be fast” part of my statement. Shotputters and Powerlifters don’t run and do not need to be fast so they can afford big slow bulky muscles @tickyul. While I will also say that shotputters and powerlifters do not REQUIRE meat or dairy. Every vitamin and nutrient known to man, from vitamin a to iron to protein to zinc, can be found in a fruit or vegetable without the detriments of animal based foods.

    @arieloz YT is the worlds greatest open forum, I chose to participate, why does that bother you. Lots of Veganculter are ideologues, do not want to listen to other opinions. I fear for the little kids that are being raised on the Vegancult diet, it can permanantly damage developing kids, especially the CNS. I have watched so many videos of former Veganculters, they were feeling sick on this insane diet……yet, they were in denial because this is a cult that brainwashes them.

    In 40 years from now when there are over 9 billion people on earth. It will be impossible for humans to survive on a meat eating diet. It is unsustainable without massive amounts of people dying of starvation. It takes approximately 16 pounds of grain to produce 1 pound of meat. Secondly eating meat strongly contributes to global warming from cows belching which releases methane and pig shit. The world needs to transition away from meat.

    @arieloz I am not sure you understand the science behind some aspects of nutrition. Where do you get b12 from…and don’t point out some worthless anologue. Do you know that the brains of Vegans are 6 times more likely to suffer atrophy then persosn on an omnivorous diet? Just tell me again where you get your Dha and Epa from, Ala does not count, very poor conversion. Raising infants/toddlers as members of the Vegancult is child abuse.
