I stopped buying cookbooks and use www.allrecipes.com there are advanced searches by ingredients, so you can tell it what you want and don’t want. You can adjust the serving sizes also…If I recall correctly correctly they even have a section that is cooking for 1-2.

why use a cook book cooking is all about experimenting you know what you like so make dishes you like by grilling bakeing and steaming .
i was a head chef for lots of years and all you basically need to make it healthy is to take out the fat you cook food in and to watch what you use in the ingrediants, all food even a family roast dinner can be come healthy
