    @fitcoach2007 Perhaps as a compromise, you could add pictures in between the video steps that explains them in written form (similar to the ingredients in the beginning).

    @UraniumMan Thanks for your comment. That is the difference with me and others, I am about focusing on the food and the process, it is not about the Chef. I try to give all the instructions in as little time as possible. I am sure you don’t want to see my ugly mug for 6 minutes and then cooking for 2 minutes. LOL
