l buy about 5 WeightWatchers meals every week, like lasagna, chicken curry, pineapple pizza and cottage pie. My brother saw me eat it and told me to shook it in the bin because l have no idea how unhealthy it is, and told me that if l ever needed to cook healthy foods, he will help me. He understands how healthy l want to eat and how much weight l want to lose. But are they really unhealthy as he makes it out to be?

Thanks x

    Hey,

What your brother most likely means is that WeightWatchers microwavable food is more unhealthy than fresh alternatives. If you are trying to lose fat and fast, it would be best to stick with fresh veggies, 100% juices, and low-fat meats like chicken and lean fish.

Take some time to look at the ingredients posted on the back of your WeightWatchers packages. Anything that you don’t understand is probably bad for you, especially when you eat it about 5 meals every week.

    Best,
    Julie

No. It is as good as we prepare by traditional way.
Microwaves produced by electro magnet. The food value is not lost by this process

Many people distrust microwave foods. They would REALLY be surprised that most of restaurant foods are microwaved and have been for years and years and years.

Grocery stores are now stocking foods that are made for microwaves. I feel that someday in the future it is all you will find in stores.
