Love Mom a lot.

How about you guys/gals ?

*Does your Mother know how much you love, respect and appreciate her ?

No need to answer with many words.

Was just Food for Thought.

*Oh No – Said the F word again [Food],
Will have to go downstairs and cook up a nice low carb/low calorie dish.
Anyone like Kettle Corn ?
Come on over and have some.
It’s our family’s favorite snack,
after a healthy dinner.
Anyway,.. "Don’t forget you MaMa."

Take Care, all you great Yahooligans.

Love, Peace and Happiness – to all.

My mother died when I was a teenager. However, I will probably visit her grave and leave some flowers. She liked blue flowers. I was thinking about planting some kind of bulb (when the season is right for it) that would bloom with blue flowers.

I’ll send a card. She isn’t close enough to take to dinner.

Dunno! Just asked a question about that earlier but haven’t gotten a lot of responses yet. As much as it pains me, I’ll probably get her a very "christiany" gift, since she really liked the last christian thing I got her.

My mother loves birds, so I ordered her a figurine with two parakeets sitting on an orchid branch from the Hamilton Mint (I think…)

Plus, she deserves a great big ol’ hug and a thank you for putting up with me for these 23 years. :)

Yeah she’s special, but Mother’s Day is a crock. I just let her know that she’s cool every other day instead of doing some trite insincere sh!t (because I honestly couldn’t do something nice for her on Mother’s Day).

I send home-made candy to all my daughters and daughters-in-law who are mothers. They do a great job too.

last mother’s day i got my mom a cameo locket on a gold chain. This year i’ll probably go to hobby lobby and make her a bouquet of fake flowers that she can keep all year round instead of just a week or so.

Having been inspired by some of the Protestant comments on Mary (Jesus’ mother), I’ve decided to give my mother a card with this sentiment:

"You are just a body that was used to bring me into the world."

    Think she’ll like it?

I am getting her a card. As Mothers Day is a Sunday I will not see her that day as she will spend it in church and at my brothers. I see her nearly every day and with her being retired I do a lot for her on a daily basis. I do not feel I need one day to single out what I do for her continuously.

lol I can’t wait … my little 5 year old’s Pre-K class is having a "Mom’s Tea" and we all have to wear kooky hats and dress up.

My 3 year old is planning "my" favorite meal to cook with her Daddy … macaroni and cheese and hot dogs lol.

For us adults, we’re taking both our mom’s out to dinner and we always send them flowers from the local nursery.

In the Bible, the earth is not our mother. Our mothers are the earth!

I always try and write her a poem or draw her portrait so she can see and hear how much I love her, it always makes her cry but those are happy tears.
