    i eat sugar free jello!! i swere it works..im stuck on chicken and eggs try it its working..work out too!! jump rope is a great cardio burns cals!

    Beef, Turkey, or Chicken Jerky

    I make my own, that way I know exactly what the ingredients are. I use lots of different spices, but NO sugar. Start out with a base of soy sauce, and go from there. There are TONS of recipes out there on the Internet. Try it, you’ll love it!
