I’ve got a few recipes that I’ve basically mastered, but I need to expand my cooking repertoire. I like things that are light but satisfying like chicken, fish, etc…I know how to make fish en pappillote, a few different pasta sauces, a couple types of bread, lemon-pepper chicken…but I need ideas of what to cook next! (like I say, light-ish stuff, not interested in making meatloaf or anything involving junk food.)
Ideas?

These might be too simple for you, but Asparagus with garlic (and a bit of salt/pepper) cooked in tinfoil on the grill is very satisfying and healthy. Also, a chicken breast with a green chile (from a can, the soft kind) and a slice of cheese (if you want) is another very simple surprisingly flavorful, pretty healthy recipe. Good Luck!

Alex, you want to learn to cook, well you have to start not being fussy. If you come across a contributor called SandyPaw, ask her for her meatloaf recipe, you will be very surprised. People like Califgir, Buttercup, Sugar Pie, Miz Lamb, we are here to help and guide, all you need to do is ask
