I am in charge of making supper and breakfast and I need healthy meal ideas of recipes I could try.

Breakfast ideas :Toast with pb and yogurt scrambled eggs and fresh fruit. Oatmeal with raisins and milk .
Supper :Broiled fish[ use herbs and seasonings]and a little olive oil. Sauteed spinach with pine nuts and fruit and cookies for dessert .
Baked chicken , corn on the cob, fresh green veggie and a fruit salad with a bit of liquor on it.
Tacos :with or without meat and lots of veggies including beans,salsa, cheese, peppers,and black olives. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/bobby-flay/jicama-salad-recipe/index.html fresh mango for dessert.
Oatmeal! Its so easy! OR a egg sandwich! or even peanut butter and jelly with milk!
