I am trying to lose weight.
For breakfast, dinner, and my snacks i eat very healthy it is just my lunches that get to me. Is this lunch healthy?
Salad:
Lettuce
4 strawberries
a hard boil egg
half a banana
some cucumber
some tomato
some cheese
a bit of olive oil and viniger.
What else should i eat for lunch? Is this enough? will it help me lose weight? I currently weight 107lbs and i am 5ft 3inches and a half. I am on the track team and i am a sprinter. On saturdays and sundays i run distance (2-3 miles) I want to lose about 2-5 pounds to reach my final goal! Thanks!
i do about 3hours of sports on m-f and 1hour-1hour and a half of exericise on sat and sun.

With your description of yourself–I would say that salad is a lifesaver..
Keep eating that..
What to add..?
For exercise//nutrition and weightloss at the same time..
..getting consistent results..?
I would offer steak..
For a more heart healthy–experiment..whole oats & whole flaxseeds..with diced garlic../
