-canned tuna -lettuce -garlic -onion -salt -pepper -mayonnaise i’m going to add tomatoes

yeah just dont go overboard with the mayo
Check out the mayo ought not to be too dense!
Give the salt a miss and use low cal mayonnaise.
also don’t forget portion control.
It sounds ok. If your concerned about calorie intake you could use lite or low fat mayonnaise. but even with regular it would still be ok
You could loose the mayo and use silken tofu in it’s place. It is soft and speadable and can be flavored with anything YOU like.
