I cooked some chicken, and it’s slightly pink. I mean reeeallly light tinted pink, most people probably wouldn’t even notice but i’m so scared of eating bad chicken that i cut each little piece and examine it. it’s really, really light. it’s a chicken helper recipe, and i followed the instructions of cooking it for 10 minutes before i added the water and seasoning. then i let it boil for a few minutes, reduce the heat and simmered for 12 minutes, added some more seasoning and simmered for 5 minutes… i even picked out all the chicken and microwaved them for 1 minute but i could hear the chicken popping and i didn’t want to make it dry and crispy…

I don’t think I’d worry about it. I’ve eaten plenty of chicken that is slightly pink and have never gotten sick.

As long as the juices from the chicken run clear (not red) it’s done and ok to eat.

You can never be too careful with white meat. Personally I wouldn’t touch it, I’d rather have a ruined dinner than ruined health but like I say that’s my opinion

It depend on how delicate you are, if you get sick easily than run to your doctor, if your immune sistem is stronger than don’t freak out
