i need help on doing a healthy recipe which uses CHINESE CABBAGE(1-2 leaves), EGG NOODLE (just maggi noodles), and 1 piece of RAW CHICKEN FILLET.
I’m given 1 hour for the practical to prepare a HEALTHY and APPETISING dish using only the ingredients given.
The other ingredients provided are: cooking oil/ sugar/ salt/ pepper/ light soya sauce/ dark soya sauce/ garlic/ tomato ketchup/ chilli sauce.
Things that i may add in the dish are:
-additional sauces for seasoning
-garnishes for decorating.
