I would not include the bacon strips though, and I would probably put in a few slices of turkey meat in there. The cheese would be low fat too.
Also, do you know how much of the ranch dressing and dijon mustard I would use instead if I was just making this for myself?
Thanks!

I am under the impression that ranch dressing is one of the worst things you can eat. Why not substitute a simple vinaigrette.

It sounds good. I would use fat free dressing and would probably substitute turkey bacon (and use less strips). I may even use bacon pieces instead of full strips, you just want the taste. Cut the recipe in half.

I think that this recipe can be adjusted many ways to ones liking. They have fake bacon which is not bad at all in the vegetarian freezer section at the grocers. Otherwise I think its quite healthy. Remember there is no red meat involved which makes it healthy.

since the mustard doesn’t have any calories i would put more of that and less of the ranch then it will be perfect and if you want add chicken in it. =)
it sounds healthy though
im gonna try that recipe out to =)

I would say just a smear of the mustard and dressing. If you omit the bacon, maybe try adding some avocado and thinly sliced red onion
EDIT make sure you check the ingredients on any bacon whether vegetarian or not, sometimes the secret ingredient in turkey bacon is pork juice or fats

to make one wrap, just use about 1½ tsp dijon mustard.
Yes, using lowfat ingredients would be a great idea, I think, and make it healthy. If you’re not vegetarian, some Canadian bacon (round ham) would give nice flavor w/o as much fat as regular bacon.
I think some sprouts and sunflower seeds would be godo in there, too!
