Hi, I have some lovely muffin cases (big pink tulip wrap type ones) but my recipe for cupcakes would hardly fill them at all.
Does anyone have a light fluffy moist recipe (including cooking times) I could use to make these larger size cupcakes?.
uk measurements and electric oven temps please.
Also can I chop some strawberries and mix into half the cupcakes for strawberry cupcake? Im a novice so simple fool proof recipe very much appreciated.
