I’m trying to eat healthy, and was wondering if anyone had a healthy version of it?

    tinned tomatoes
    lean mince (the lowest fat one u can find)
    onions
    peppers
    tomatoe puree
    garlick
    an d any other vegtables u like really
    dont worry about the measurements its completly up to u really the only part of the mael that is unhealthy is the mince because of the amount of fat it contains !

    Use quorn mince in Christina-Roses recipe. Also I use lots of grated carrot in the mix.Healthy and
    if feeding kids they won’t notice the veg.

    I use to replace the meat or some of the meat in the sauce with grated eggplant. Less fat and very Yummy!
