plz let me know what do i need to open a cooking school.. what certificates i need in order to be able to teach cooking? R there any cooking schools in England (london, birmingham, great yarmouth, nottingham, plymouth, brighton) that i can gain that certificate or diploma?

To be honest if you don’t know you shouldn’t be opening one. Do you have teaching qualifications? do you have prestige within the industry for excellence in cooking and are you well known? Do you own an eating establishment? if you answer no to these then you may have a very hard time breaking into the industry. I have been in the industry for 10 years and its tougher than it looks.
