Here’s how I would structure a business plan for a cooking school:
Executive Summary
Business Highlights
Operational Overview
Market Overview
Regulatory Overview
Management & Personnel
Financials
Appendix
For a cooking school, your management and personnel will probably be the most important piece of the document, since you’ll be selling your expertise. In your Operational Overview you’ll want to discuss location and how that fits with your target market.
Building up the financial model can also be a tricky part if you haven’t done it before, but if you start adding up and categorizing all your expenses and thinking about how you will price your services and how your customer base will grow (realistically) over time, it starts to get easier.
Good luck!

Read "The E-Myth" by Michael E Gerber. It doesn’t tell you how to WRITE a business plan, it shows you why each part of a business plan is necessary by explaining "why most small businesses fail and what to do about it". It is a huge mistake to churn out something that looks exactly like a business plan (or use a template) but does not reflect your specific goals and methods you intend to use to acheive them.

Just use this unqiue business plan generation tool, you fill out a simple form and it generates a printable business plan. Obviously you probably will want to add stuff to it but it would be a great start for any new business. I listed the site in the source section
