I get paid Monday and I want to cook for my fiance. I know I can take her out, but I want to make her something, and not just chicken or something that is an average day dinner.
I have about 0 to spend on ingredients, and I’m looking in the area of Italian food. Can anyone provide recipes for me?

Valentina is not actually my best friend, she’s rather my childhood friend. We know each other since we were six years old: we were classmates at the elementary school. The first time we talked was during the lunch break at the canteen, on the first day of school. I had already chosen my best friend, she’s name was Stefania and we had sworn eternal friendship after two minutes we met, so when Valentina asked me to be her best friend I said “No thanks, I’ve got already my own”! (I couldn’t have ever thought that the relationship between me and that girl I firstly refused would have last for years!)
When we were children we used to argue nearly every day, because she was always blurting out my secrets: she has always been way too airy and careless, and that’s way we have never been real best friends. But even if we fought, we always made up. (We used to do loads of things together like rollerblading, playing volleyball and so on.) We also created a (personal confidential language) and during Halloween we used to have lunch at midnight with (our own self cooked recipe? = a recipe we invented and cooked without the help of our parents, on our own ), while watching forbidden horror movies. I can’t help missing those carefree days.
Nowadays our relationship is strange: we don’t often talk about our (deepest secrets? = can i say that?) as the both of us are reserved, we fell out just once and sometimes we don’t have a conversation for months, but when we hang out together we always have fun and we laugh a lot! Maybe this is the reason why we are still friends after ten years: we’ve got the same sense of humour, even if we have slightly different personality traits and we don’t share the same interests anymore.
I think our friendship will last forever. At least, I do hope so.
I put in brackets the sentences i was less sure of. Thanks a lot!
I’m italian and my boyfriend is pakistani. I’d like to cook for him some recipes from his country so I’m looking for a good cooking book.
I know sauerkraut generally accompanies mild pork dishes, such as ham or mild sausage, but does spicy italian sausage work with sauerkraut?
I need to do a bit of shopping, but I had some kraut and hot sausage and I threw the two together. It is cooking now, and I was wondering if anyone knows of any good recipes for a spicy sausage and kraut dish?
..or any ingredients that I can add to the dish before it finishes cooking. ![]()

My friend made me some sweet potato dish which had lots of red bellpepper and italian sausage in it! I believe this was a rachel ray recipe from one of her magazines.
I would like to cook this dish on wednesday but we can not find the recipe anywhere! Does anyone know this recipe?
Well it doesn’t have to be the rachel ray recipe but it should be with italian sausage and red bellpeppers! Any recipes?
