For my cooking lesson at school i have to make a dish that is low fat, but i don’t know what to make? I thought of doing pasta or chicken noodle soup, but it doesn’t show a lot of skill, so i need something that is low fat but will look good ![]()

I am interested in this culinary school.It seems like it is a very good choice.They have campuses in Paris (main campus),London and Ottawa and also in Australia and japan for hospitality courses.Is it good?Have you ever heard of Le cordon bleu?
