For my cooking lesson at school i have to make a dish that is low fat, but i don’t know what to make? I thought of doing pasta or chicken noodle soup, but it doesn’t show a lot of skill, so i need something that is low fat but will look good

I am interested in this culinary school.It seems like it is a very good choice.They have campuses in Paris (main campus),London and Ottawa and also in Australia and japan for hospitality courses.Is it good?Have you ever heard of Le cordon bleu?

BUT! The next time I do it, I have no problems!!

I just don’t wont to mess up this time so any tips to avoid any mistakes?
